The Mahasoma Podcast is hosted by Vedic Meditation teacher and founder of Mahasoma, Laura Poole.
The Mahasoma team is a female-led collective of Vedic meditation teachers, who choose to come together to create something greater than what could be done as individuals. Through working together, they support the ever growing community of Mahasoma meditators by offering weekly courses, daily group meditation and wisdom sessions, advanced knowledge courses, retreats and specialised programs. They are also all accredited Mental Health First Aiders.
From Laura: "Etienne is a wonderful, vibrant man who as you’ll hear in this podcast has a freedom in his heart that he shares very openly with people. Etienne has been meditating for over 40 years, and has been involved in the world of emotional training, encounter work and primal healing since 1974. He began teaching craniosacral in 1991, and has developed a unique teaching style over the past few decades that adds an extraordinarily compassionate and meditative depth to the therapy."

Well-Adjusted Mama covers holistic health-oriented subjects that allow women to make the best decisions for themselves and their families during the perinatal phase of their life."

What's Your Juice? Podcast
Host Milan Lombardo dives into Etienne's past and how he found his passion and path: practicing and eventually teaching CranioSacral Therapy. What we love: Milan is wise beyond his 17 years and fascinated with the concept of finding your passion, particularly if that passion supports healing the earth and humanity. Etienne, playful in his 70's, has lived and built a career in this precise way. The mutual admiration is palpable and contagious.
From Milan: "On the podcast, we attempt to catalyze inspiration, passion, and action in everyone who listens to us. The What’s Your Juice? Podcast aims to help people lead more fulfilling, purpose driven lives through creating inspirational content. We recognize that it’s more effective to fight and solve problems from a place of inspiration rather than a place of fear. With daunting issues like climate change, it’s more important than ever for people to be inspired and to have the necessary tools and knowledge to make a difference."
