Ride the Tides Yoga

30 minutes of yoga with focus on the cerebrospinal fluid and its waves through the body

with Sriya Rao, RYT, BCST

Rao is a holistic health practitioner from India currently based in Torino, Italy. Though she started her wellness journey as a psychologist, she soon sought out to support the therapeutic process with more holistic tools. So began her explorations with yogic science, craniosacral therapy and ayurveda. Combining the ancient wisdom of the east with the modern insights of the west, Sriya offers a sanctuary of self exploration, transformation and revitalization. Through her work with children, adolescents, mothers and adults, she has particularly enjoyed the biodynamic wonders of craniosacral therapy. She says that, "it is such an honor to witness the expression of vitality in every single tissue of the human body. The life force within each of us has an unparallelled intelligence, an innate capacity to survive, heal and thrive. CST is the art to tune into and support this natural process"

Mid-day Meditation

with Koa Kalish

Koa has been immersed deeply in the world of craniosacral therapy since 2011, opening her own private practice in 2016.  For the last decade, she has also worked professionally as a photographer and writer, inspired by the beauty and resilience of the human spirit and natural world.  She weaves her devotion through textile arts, tea ceremony, music and dance.

She has trained extensively with the Dynamic Stillness School, Body Oriented Healing Arts, Touch of Presence School for Biodynamic Studies, and Peirsman Craniosacral Academy.
